FEBRUARY 15TH, 2018 – 2017 was a strong year for real estate in Martin County, Florida. The median sale price of single family homes rose 8.7% year-over-year, from $315,000 in 2016 to $342,250 in 2017. The average sale price increase 9.4% year-over-year, from $432,480 to $473,014. The inventory of Active Listings dropped -7.3%, from 998 to 925, and the months supply of inventory dropped -10%, from 5.0 to 4.5.
